OUTPATIENT THERAPY
Trauma
Trauma is a distressing or emotional experience that can be a one time event, or an accumulation of events. Left unprocessed, trauma can become a dictator in our lives; controlling our health, thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and choices.
Chronic Health Conditions
Chronic or persistent pain is pain that carries on for longer than 12 weeks despite medication or treatment. Emotions have been shown to play a role in the exacerbation of pain and health conditions over all, decreasing quality of life and healing.
Anxiety
Anxiety is a feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness. It might cause you to sweat, feel restless and tense, and have a rapid heartbeat. Anxiety can lead to isolation, stress and poor quality of life. However, it is a manageable condition that requires open mindedness and dedication to treatment options.
Depression
Anxiety can lead to isolation, stress, and a poor quality of life. However, it is a manageable condition that requires open mindedness and dedication to treatment options.
Young adult concerns
Focusing on ages 20-30 life comes at you fast. Life transitions, college issues, living on your own, sexuality exploration, emotional regulation, socialization, and discovering your core self are just a few of the many issues that arise during this period of development. Please know that you don't have to figure it all out on your own, and every growth doesn't have to come after hardship or trauma.
Military and Dependents
Active and Veteran service members, spouses, and their children have unique experiences that require specialized care. Concerns can include trauma, but sometimes the pain can be related to lifestyle, communication, lack of control, socialization, abandonment, and loss. We accept Tricare insurance.
